Beacon is a competitive intelligence database that helps drug developers make better, faster decisions. We provide in-depth, high-quality, and timely information which allows our clients to identify and understand the drug and trial activity within their field. We are looking for a Customer Solutions Executive to join our growing Beacon Customer Success and work closely with our Sales, Product, Research and Marketing teams to deliver in depth scientific understanding of our data and platform, thorough understanding of customer use cases and market-leading experiences for our customers throughout their relationship with Beacon. The team will be focused on ensuring our customers maximise the value from our Beacon data and provide our customers with exceptional customer service.
Essential Responsibilities
- Product Expertise & Pre-Sales Support: Lead product and technical guidance in sales calls, demos, and webinars; support integrations/APIs; help drive key sales KPIs.
- Training & Onboarding: Build and deliver training for product releases, new hires, and persona-specific enablement; maintain Beacon’s Training Hub.
- Collateral Development: Create and update sales decks, demo materials, technical guides, and competitive resources in partnership with Product and Marketing.
- Asset Management: Maintain a central, organised repository of all product, training, and technical enablement materials.
- Market & Insight Development: Develop personas and ICPs, conduct competitive analysis, and report win/loss and usage insights to guide product and GTM strategy.

Education & Experience
- 1+ years as a Solutions Specialist with a scientific academic background, solutions engineering, product training, or research—ideally in SaaS or life sciences.
- Experience in customer enablement is a bonus.

Salary: £33,000 -£38,000 + Bonus
