Marketing Assistant
As a Marketing Assistant within Beacon, you’ll support Marketing Managers across our business intelligence databases, gaining hands-on experience in website management, SEO, email campaigns, social media, and graphic design. You’ll help track campaign performance, manage the marketing inbox, assist with ad-hoc projects, and support training for new starters. This role is ideal for someone motivated, eager to learn, and excited to contribute ideas within a fast-paced, ambitious marketing team.
Senior Marketing Executive
As a Senior Marketing Executive at Beacon, you’ll take ownership of marketing across our website, digital channels, social media, and email, driving campaigns that generate measurable ROI and support sales and business growth. You’ll plan and execute content and account-based marketing strategies, manage data, segmentation, and reporting, and ensure operational marketing activities run smoothly. This role involves collaborating across marketing, sales, and research teams, supporting cross-functional projects, improving processes, and contributing to training and development within the team.
Senior Marketing Manager
As Senior Marketing Manager within Beacon, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and measurement of strategic and tactical marketing activities, overseeing marketing operations to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver impact. You’ll manage and develop the marketing team, collaborate across sales, research, product, and Hanson Wade event teams, and create content ranging from infographics and thought papers to webinars. You’ll set and manage campaign budgets, work with agencies, develop targeted segmentation strategies, and report on marketing influence to inform business decisions. Additionally, you’ll identify new channels, approaches, and resources to scale the marketing function, maximise commercial opportunities, and drive brand awareness.
