Customer Delivery
The Customer Delivery team at Hanson Wade is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by setting and embedding high-quality delivery standards. The team manages the end-to-end delivery of physical events across the European and US markets, delivering up to two events per month. Working closely with key stakeholders, the team plans and delivers memorable events that meet both customer and business expectations. We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong communication and time-management skills to lead and support a small team of Event Coordinators in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Event Executive and Senior Event Executive
An Event Executive is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of physical events for the European and US market, up to 2 per month. Ranging in size and logistical complexity, they partner with key stakeholders and lead on the planning, development, and delivery of our events to create a memorable and unique experience for each customer. Successful Event Executives will then progress to Senior Event Executives.
Event Manager
An Event Manager oversees the planning and delivery of events from start to finish, managing teams, budgets, suppliers, and customer relationships to ensure successful outcomes. They lead and develop Event Coordinators, communicate with speakers, sponsors, and delegates throughout the event lifecycle, and take responsibility for financial control and cost management. The role includes sourcing and managing suppliers, delivering event technology such as mobile apps, leading onsite operations, and handling logistics including travel, documentation, running orders, and post-event content, while working closely with wider teams to meet campaign goals.
Senior Manager - Event Delivery
The Senior Manager sets best practice for the department and champions event management skills. In addition to spearheading event strategies and logistics, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of event professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Furthermore, they can resolve issues, identify areas of opportunity, and elicit continuous positive change to processes, event planning tools and event execution at a department level.

Catherine Alderson – Divisional Head of Event Delivery
I joined as a Senior Event Coordinator in 2018 and have had to opportunity to deliver a range of physical events in amazing locations such as San Francisco, CA through to Austin, TX. Alongside delivering events, Hanson Wade has also given me opportunities for growth through cross-functional projects, implementing new concepts and improvement of internal processes.
At the beginning of 2021 I was promoted to Event Manager and I am now pursuing a team management route. Ambition is always supported at Hanson Wade and I could not think of a better company to support me on my future career development path.

Jimmy Lavithias - Head of Customer Experience
I joined Hanson Wade as the Customer Experience Manager in 2019, a new role within the Customer Delivery Team. In this role I have had the opportunity to work cross functionally, ensuring we continue to engage with our customers and understand their requirements and expectations at each stage of their journey with us.
Since joining I have been promoted to Senior Customer Experience Manager, and am now the Head of Customer Experience on the Customer Delivery Leadership Team. As part of the Customer Delivery team I am able to use my years of experience and passion for delivering high customer service, to not only support the business with all customer service functions but to also embed standards across all pillars in our team and the business. In the time I have been with Hanson Wade I can see a clear path and development strategy to grow this new team to becoming a key function of the business.
It’s been an incredible journey so far and what I love about Hanson Wade, is the dedication and commitment it has had to not only giving a voice to our customer within the business but also seeing the value in it!
