The Data and Insight team is central to converting that data into meaningful insights to help drive our business. Roles within our Data and Insight department range from Business Insight Analyst roles to roles working on set data within our Business Intelligence Divisions

I joined Hanson Wade in 2023 as a Business Insight Analyst. My role involves uncovering valuable insights to drive informed decision-making across internal departments for our SaaS product Beacon.

With a background in data analysis and a degree in Master’s Data Science, I specialize in supporting internal teams by harnessing the power of data to solve complex problems and optimize processes. Whether it's creating insightful Power BI dashboards or performing in-depth SQL queries, I deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

One of the things I value most about Hanson Wade is the continuous investment in employee development.
