Xinyi Liang - Business Insight Analyst

 

I joined Hanson Wade in 2023 as a Business Insight Analyst. My role involves uncovering valuable insights to drive informed decision-making across internal departments for our SaaS product Beacon.

With a background in data analysis and a degree in Master’s Data Science, I specialize in supporting internal teams by harnessing the power of data to solve complex problems and optimize processes. Whether it's creating insightful Power BI dashboards or performing in-depth SQL queries, I deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

One of the things I value most about Hanson Wade is the continuous investment in employee development. Through a variety of training opportunities, including SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate, I have been able to enhance my skills and stay at the forefront of industry trends. These training opportunities not only benefit my professional growth but also contribute to the success of our team and organization. I am excited to continue my journey with Hanson Wade and contribute to our shared mission of driving innovation through data-driven decision-making.
