An essential introduction to Hanson Wade’s marketing ecosystem. You’ll support senior marketers by handling administrative and creative tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly. This role offers hands-on experience with our marketing and business systems, laying the foundation for your progression into event marketing in the business.

Marketing Executive
Take your first step into campaign ownership with hands-on experience delivering marketing for a set of events. You'll experience planning and execution across digital channels—building audiences, crafting messaging, and learning to optimise performance. With guidance from senior marketers and close collaboration with other teams, you’ll develop the skills to take on greater strategic responsibility.

Senior Marketing Executive
Take your skills to the next level! As a Senior Marketing Executive, you'll lead marketing for a larger set of events with greater autonomy and strategic input. You’ll oversee campaign execution, supported by a Marketing Assistant, and take the lead on testing, optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial performance.

Marketing Manager
Take the lead on the strategic direction and performance of marketing across a portfolio of events. You’ll shape campaign strategy, lead planning and execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive both audience growth and commercial impact. Identify new opportunities to evolve our marketing approach and support junior team members in delivering high-quality campaigns.

Senior Marketing Manager
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our events—whether by leading high-performing campaigns as a senior executing marketer, or by developing others as a people manager. You’ll have the autonomy to own strategic decisions, influence how the wider team works, and grow your career in the direction that fits your strengths.

Divisional Head of Marketing
As Divisional Head of Marketing, you’ll oversee the strategic direction and performance of your marketing division. You’ll lead and develop your team, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure high standards across all campaigns and processes.
