Join our Intelligence Division and work on bespoke projects that help biopharma clients develop innovative products, form partnerships, access new markets and refine their strategic decision-making.
Specialising in niche areas of early stage drug R&D you will have the opportunity to learn, analyse and interpret insights about some of the most promising new medicines in oncology, neurology and inflammatory disease. About the role:
As a Market Analyst, you will be responsible for the execution of bespoke qualitative and quantitative primary market research projects. Tasks include:
- Day-to-day project management to ensure logistics run smoothly
- Development of study materials (e.g. discussion guides, surveys)
- Identification and recruitment of suitable participants
- Moderation of interviews
- Conducting quality control checks
- Data analysis
- Preparation of insights for delivery to client
You'll also be responsible for conducting secondary research via public and proprietary data sources. Tasks include:
- Day-to-day project management to ensure logistics run smoothly
- Identifying suitable data sources
- Collecting and curating data into specific format
- Conducting quality control checks
- Data analysis
- Preparation of insights for delivery to client
- Support senior team with business development opportunities
- Using desk research to scope potential research projects
- Creating short pieces of marketing collateral
About you:
- Has a passion for life science industry and advancing scientific discovery
- A clear interest in data analysis and uncovering insights; a curious mind
- The ability to think strategically about implications for client’s business challenges
- Interest in understanding drivers of behaviour
- The ability to deliver premium quality service and being accountable for success
- A friendly, empathetic, reliable, agile, hard-working and proactive approach to working in a team
- A drive for self-improvement to gain new skills and recover from setbacks
Education and experience:
- At least a B.Sc. in a life science subject with a strong academic record: A masters with distinction or PhD degree is preferred
- Prior market research experience not required

£28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) + annual bonus
Start date: January 2025
