Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter)
Hanson Wade is a high value niche-information provider for the industries we serve through conferences, data products, Bespoke events, and market research. Our mission is to support Life Science, HR, and Construction industries through information products that deliver market insights and research intelligence.
We are looking for a Recruiter with passion and energy to support the full recruitment cycle across several departments within the business. The role will focus on ensuring we are attracting the best possible talent and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a world-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage end to end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business.
- Business partner hiring managers across our Marketing, Sales, Customer Delivery, Beacon Operations, and Intelligence functions.
- Attract and source high calibre candidates through advertisement and direct approaches.
- Evaluate candidate CVs against job descriptions.
- Participate in first stage selection interviews where required and coach managers to deliver consistent high standard interview experiences.
- Ensure company guidelines and best practice are adhered to at every stage of the recruitment process so we continue to hire a diverse workforce.
- Managing the ATS (we currently use Teamtailor).
- Enhancing Hanson Wade employer brand through our careers page.
- Manage and maintain our social media recruitment presence across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
- Produce engagement strategies to keep candidates engaged.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment either from agency or in-house.
- A degree from a leading university (2:1 or 1st)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: confident in conducting telephone and video calls and working with managers at all levels of the organisation.
- Comprehensive IT skills (Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems).
- Comfortable with building cross-functional relationships and working with external stakeholders
- Can demonstrate the ability to prioritise workloads effectively, work to deadlines and maintain pace.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in both attitude and approach

£32,000 - £42,000 + Bonus
