What attracted you to the company and role?
I was drawn to the intersection of data, science, and strategy, and the opportunity to shape Beacon into a truly data-driven, defensible product. The role offered real ownership over how data, AI, and proprietary insight could drive competitive advantage, which aligned perfectly with my next career step.

How has your role evolved?
My remit expanded from defining Beacon’s data strategy to helping shape the organisation’s broader strategic direction. This included transforming Beacon into an insight-led platform, aligning market research with product, driving differentiation initiatives, leading acquisition due diligence, influencing senior hiring, and acting as a senior voice across product, sales, marketing, and AI strategy.

What are you most proud of?
I’m proud of building a clear, competitive strategy for Beacon; evolving it into a modern, insight-centric product; strengthening data quality and scalability; leading acquisition due diligence; and contributing to a strong performance and growth culture through hiring, communication, and team development.

How would you describe the people and culture, and the impact on you?
The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and mission-driven, with a strong appetite for ownership and innovation. Working across teams accelerated my learning and strengthened my leadership, reinforcing my passion for building long-term value at the intersection of data, science, and technology.
